Odyssey Therapeutics Appoints Jolie Siegel EVP and General Counsel

Siegel will lead Odyssey’s legal, compliance, governance, and risk management functions.

Odyssey Therapeutics has named Jolie Siegel Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, Siegel is expected to lead the company’s legal, compliance, governance, and risk management functions. She will also serve as a strategic partner to the Odyssey executive team and Board of Directors.

Odyssey, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, recently appointed another Executive Vice President. Dennis Dean, PhD, was named EVP and Head of Non-Clinical Development in November 2025.

Siegel and Odyssey Founder React

Founder and CEO Gary D. Glick, PhD, applauded Siegel’s appointment to Odyssey.

“Jolie’s appointment comes at an important stage in Odyssey’s development,” Glick said. “As our portfolio advances and the company evaluates strategic opportunities, her experience advising biotechnology companies through growth and transactions will be a significant asset. Jolie’s leadership will help ensure we continue to build the right legal and governance foundation for the long term.”

In her own comments, Siegel reflected on Odyssey’s goal to advance the standard of care for patients with autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. She said these are “conditions that can be profoundly disruptive to patients and families.” Odyssey’s mission is to develop medicines designed to precisely target disease pathology.

“That mission is deeply personal to me, having seen the impact of diseases like Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis on close friends and their families,” Siegel said. “I’m excited to work with the Odyssey team and Board of Directors to help build a sustainable company capable of delivering long-term impact for patients.”

Siegel’s Experience and Odyssey Role

As Odyssey grows its immunology portfolio, Siegel will oversee corporate governance and compliance, securities, intellectual property, and contractual and transactional matters.

Siegel most recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at C4 Therapeutics. She previously worked for Neon Therapeutics, Intralinks Holdings, and was a partner at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP.
